Private Events and Event Space

Vienna Vintner provides private wine events both at the store, and off-premise.  If you would like to host a networking event at a beautiful location, our store makes for a nice meeting space. Currently, we can host up to 40 people in the space. If you prefer a sit-down meeting/event, our dining room upstairs can comfortably seat 20 people. Rental pricing varies based on the day and time of your event. If you are a wine lover, our space is what you need!   You will be getting wine at retail price and not paying the restaurant or catering upcharge. 

Weekend Evening Events (Fri & Sat): The rental fee for weekend events is $1500 for a 4 hour block, from 7pm-11pm.

Evenings (Sunday, Tuesday - Thursday):  The Stonehouse is available for a rental fee of $375/hr for a 3 hour minimum.

Day Events: For day events, any time from 7am-4pm, the rental fee is $175/hr with a minimum of rental of 3 hours. For day events, space is limited to the upstairs dining room, as the store is open for business. The dining room has seating for 20 and a TV with HDMI connectivity for your computer. 

Off Premise Events: If you would like to have one of our staff come to your place of choice for an event, we charge a $100/hr service fee, with a minimum of 2hrs. This fee includes a selection of wines chosen by our expert staff,  chilling wines and transportation of the wines to the event, print-outs of the wines being tasted, and a knowledgeable person to talk about wine, pour, and answer questions posed by guests. For an extra fee, we can also bring wine glasses as well.

Over the years, we have helped many people raise money for their various causes. In general, we do not provide wines or gift certificates for auctions. However, we do host tasting events at the shop where we will donate a portion of all proceeds towards the cause. Some of the organizations and charities we have supported include:
